Emily Fox Williams has been practicing law since 1999 in the areas of for-profit and non-profit entity formation; shareholder, buy/sell and operating agreements; business succession planning; wills and trust agreements and ancillary estate planning matters; employment law; contract negotiations; commercial leases; asset and stock purchases; and business mergers and sales. Emily completed her undergraduate degree at Iowa State University and received her law degree at Hamline University School of Law. Emily is licensed to practice law in the State of Minnesota and is admitted to practice in the United States Court, District of Minnesota. She is a member of the Minnesota State Bar Association, the Iowa State Bar Association, and the Dakota County Bar Association. She has served on the board of the Dakota County Technical College Foundation and the Lakeville Area Chamber of Commerce. She is an active member of the Lakeville Rotary, where she served as president of the club in 2023-24.
